Full Shipping and Refund Policy
Damaged Deliveries
If your painting arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We require photos of the damage to process a claim for a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned painting, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. Due to the unique nature of original art, exchanges are not offered.
Custom Orders
Custom orders must be prepaid in full. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Before shipping, we will provide a photo and video of the completed painting for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the painting, a 75% refund will be issued, with the remaining 25% covering incurred costs. After shipping, the standard refund policies apply.
Local Pick-Up and Delivery
Local pick-up or delivery requires in-person inspection and a signed hand receipt. Any issues found during inspection must be noted on the signed hand receipt. The same refund policies apply for commissioned or standard orders.
Shipping Responsibility
For all returns, the customer is responsible for ensuring the painting is securely packaged and shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned painting. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
