To purchase this specific piece, please select "30 x 48 x 1.5 inches" and "Original as Shown" from the dropdown menu. Any other sizes or frames depicted in the photos are for illustrative purposes for commissioned orders. Framing is not included; please contact me for framing quotes.
 
Commissioned Orders 
I can create similar paintings in various dimensions and styles, with a few options listed in the dropdown menus. For additional options, please reach out. If you select rolled canvas, it will arrive with an extra 2-3" border for stretching, significantly reducing shipping and framing costs. Due to the distinctive nature of my process, each painting will be unique and may vary slightly. Completion time for new paintings is approximately 2-3 weeks, and I will send a photo of the finished work before shipping. Commissioned works require full prepayment. If you are not satisfied with the commissioned piece, you will receive a 75% refund, with the remaining 25% covering incurred costs. After shipping, standard shipping policies apply.
 
Signed Art 
All artwork is created solely by me, Karen Chisholm, without the assistance of other artists. Each painting is signed and dated on the back. If you prefer the signature on the front, please let me know.
 
Discounts for Local Buyers 
For local pick-up or delivery within 50 miles of my studio in Austin, Texas, I offer a 20% discount and free delivery. Local deliveries require inspection and a signed hand receipt.
 
Shipping
Shipping is free for paintings under 36" within the continental United States. For pieces over 36" or shipping outside the continental U.S., a separate shipping quote will be provided. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 days, while international shipping may take 7-14 days. A phone number is required for delivery, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Full Shipping and Refund Policy
 
Damaged Deliveries 
If your painting arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We require photos of the damage to process a claim for a full refund, including return shipping costs.
 
Returns 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the painting within 14 days of delivery. The painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned painting, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Due to the unique nature of original art, exchanges are not offered.
 
Custom Orders 
Custom orders must be prepaid in full. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Before shipping, we will provide a photo and video of the completed painting for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the painting, a 75% refund will be issued, with the remaining 25% covering incurred costs. After shipping, the standard refund policies apply.
 
Local Pick-Up and Delivery 
Local pick-up or delivery requires in-person inspection and a signed hand receipt. Any issues found during inspection must be noted on the signed hand receipt. The same refund policies apply for commissioned or standard orders.
 
Shipping Responsibility 
For all returns, the customer is responsible for ensuring the painting is securely packaged and shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
 
Refund Process 
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned painting. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
